Dear Friends,

Welcome to this special update from Breathing Better, Living Well!

Oops! In the letter we sent Monday we told you all about the “Ask Dr. Adams forum, but we forgot to add the link! So, here’s the rest of the letter – with the link.

Starting right now, from November 26-29 Dr. Francis Adams will be our guest on the BBLW Community page! Click here to visit our community. Get your questions ready and tell your friends! Remember, you must be a registered and validated member of our forum to post a question (its the perfect time to join our community), but, of course, anybody can stop in and read. To learn more about Dr. Adams, visit his website.

Every year around this time we, all of us, receive requests from organizations to send donations. Well, at Breathing Better, Living Well we don't ask you to send us money. We are honored to provide this site as a no-cost service to you and we hope to be able to continue to do so for a very long time. "So," you might wonder, "How do you pay for all this?" After all, the monthly cost of maintaining the Breathing Better Living Well website is significant; including fees for web hosting, maintaining a subscriber service and community bulletin board, and paying a webmaster. Well, Breathing Better, Living Well is funded in several ways:

Now, here's how you can help – it is totally painless – and we all like painless! Christmas is coming and most of us, at one point or another, will be ordering something from Amazon.com.  After all, shopping at Amazon is really easy and we know that for many of you shopping from the comfort of your home beats getting out there in the stores.

Here's how it works:
If you shop at Amazon.com by clicking on – and entering through – the Amazon box at the top of our BBLW Bookstore, a small percentage of your purchase (no matter what you buy) will go to help support the Breathing Better Living Well website. It's that easy. Shop as you normally would by entering through the Amazon box in our bookstore and a few pennies from each purchase will automatically come our way. Those pennies add up and every little bit helps, and we will be most grateful. Amazon also has a feature where you can browse hand-selected gift ideas categorized by price, who you're buying for, and other criteria.  And if you’re still stumped, you can always get a gift certificate.

Don't fight the crowds when you can shop online from the comfort of your own home and have the goods delivered either to you or directly to your friend or loved one, and help support BBLW – just a little – in the process.

That's my pitch to help make your Christmas shopping a bit easier, and to help BBLW as well.

I'll see you on the Community Forum this week!
